Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility
1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom including NI, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over, but not employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, the Co-Promoter, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion. Purchase and internet access required.
How to enter
1. To enter the promotion, you must purchase a promotional marked pack of Shloer Zero (750ml single bottle or 4-pack 250ml cans in a cardboard wrap) featuring a unique code between 1^st June 2024 and 31^st October 2024. Each separate entry requires a unique code.
2. Visit winwithshloer.co.uk and enter your unique code and personal details to find out instantly if you are a winner. Your unique code can be found on the neck collar sticker of your bottle or inside of your promotional pack.
3. Retain original promotional pack featuring unique code as this will be required to claim your prize in the event you are a winner.
4. One entry per person, mobile number and email address per day. Maximum of 8 entries in total throughout the promotional period. Maximum of one prize draw prize per person and maximum of one instant win prize per person.
5. Opens for entries at 00:00:00 on 1^st June 2024 and closes for entries at 23:59:59 on 31^st October 2024.
6. Unique codes featured on promotional packs can only be used once. Only valid unique promotional codes will be accepted. Manufacturer's references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.
7. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please contact us at info@winwithshloer.co.uk with an image of your packaging to obtain a new code.
8. Those who try and circumvent the code entry process and/or entry instructions by any method will be disqualified and any prizes awarded will be void. Entrants must submit all entries into this promotion in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries submitted via third parties or in bulk are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your entry was submitted by such means.
9. Any third-party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
Prizes
1. There are 104 prizes available to be won via prize draw consisting of:
  1. 1 x £5,000 On The Beach holiday voucher
  2. 3 x £1,000 On The Beach holiday vouchers
  3. 100 x £50 On The Beach holiday vouchers
2. There are 16,500 instant win prizes available to be won consisting of:
  1. 1,500 x £25 merch packs
    - 1 x Beach Towel
    - 1 x flip flops
    - 1 x sunglasses
    - 2 x drinking flutes
  2. 15,000 x £3 money off next purchase coupons
    The coupons are valid in all participating retailers
3. No alternatives or cash alternatives are available.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control.
5. All images of prizes used on promotional packs and in all communication are a representation supplied for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes.
6. The following terms apply to the On the Beach holiday voucher prizes:
  1. Each prize can be redeemed against a holiday of any duration, any board type and to any destination which is advertised on the Co-Promoter's website (www.onthebeach.co.uk), provided that such holiday includes both a flight and accommodation. The prizes cannot be redeemed against hotel only bookings.
  2. The prize must be redeemed and travel completed within 12 months of the closing date. If the prize has not been booked, taken up and concluded by this date, the prize shall be deemed forfeited. No extension is possible.
  3. At least one member of the travelling party must be an adult (i.e. aged 18 or over).
  4. The prizes have a maximum value of £5,000, £1,000 or £50 (as applicable). Any cost above this amount is the responsibility of the winner of the prize and must be paid in full at the time of booking. No alternative payment plan or method shall be available to a winner in any circumstance.
  5. Each prize does not include travel insurance, spending money, any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes, ancillaries such as seat reservations and baggage and any other items or expenses not listed in the prize description. All such costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the winner and members of their travelling party.
  6. Each prize does not include transfers in the UK to or from the chosen UK airport. The winner and their travelling party are responsible for arranging and paying for transfers to and from the chosen UK airport.
  7. Each winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to the prize.
  8. Any booking made to redeem a prize is also subject to the Co-Promoter's separate terms of business, and the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the flights and accommodation. Copies of these terms can be found on the Co-Promoter's website (www.onthebeach.co.uk).
  9. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Co-Promoter's terms and conditions. Any changes to the prize after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the terms and conditions.
  10. It is the responsibility of each winner to inform the Co-Promoter of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their travelling party when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
  11. Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of any prize (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the winner.
  12. Prizes cannot be redeemed online, they can only be redeemed through making a booking with Co-Promoter by telephone.
  13. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. No refunds will be given in the event a winner cancels the holiday or is unable to travel.
  14. The Co-Promoter reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Co-Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
Winner selection and notification
1. Prize Draw
  1. There are 104 prizes available to be won via prize draw. All valid entries into the promotion will be entered into a prize draw which will take place at the end of the promotion. The winners will be the first 104 valid entries electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions on or before 08/11/2024. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the same time.
  2. Winners of the On the Beach holiday vouchers will receive an email and/or phone call from the Promoter notifying them of their win. Winners will be provided with a unique identifier code which they will be required to email to winners@onthebeach.co.uk along with their full name and contact phone number to claim their prize. Holiday voucher prizes will be fulfilled within 28 days of claim. If a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of winner notification, their prize will be forfeited.
2. Instant Win
  1. There are 16,500 instant win prizes available to be won and the total promotional pack universe is 259,998. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrant's chance of winning is based on the promotional volume of 259,998 vs the number of prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion. The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.
  2. Entrants will be notified immediately on screen whether or not they have won a prize, and informing them which prize they have won.
  3. Winners will also receive an email within 14 days confirming their win and which prize they have won.
  4. Winners of the merch packs and coupons will receive their prize via post to the address provided upon entry within 28 days.
3. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid email address and to also check junk mail/ spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent.
General
1. The Promoter intends to use prize winners' information in any marketing and publicity materials which they may choose to issue (at our discretion) and if requested, the winner will be asked to participate in publicity or other promotional activities as they may reasonably request without any further recompense. Winners who do not wish to participate in marketing and publicity materials can object accordingly.
2. The surnames and counties of the prize draw prizes are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Shloer OTB (8106), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. Each Winner will be required to confirm if their details can be used in publication of a Winners List. Any Winner opting to have their details removed or minimised will not be displayed in the Winners List made available to the public on request. All Winners' details are retained by the Promoter for prize validation and verification. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out above upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).
3. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
5. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending of your online entry.
6. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable to the entrant for any loss that is unexpected (meaning that it was not obvious that the loss would happen and nothing the entrant said to us before entering the prize draw meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable), that is caused by a delaying event outside our control (as more particularly set out in clause 5.7), that is avoidable (meaning something the entrant could have avoided by taking reasonable action) or that is a business loss (meaning that it relates to the entrant's use of a prize or prize entitlement for the purposes of its trade, business, craft or profession.
7. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
8. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
9. English law will settle any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. The Promoter's decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
Data Protection
1. The Promoter will share with its appointed third-party suppliers the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for the purposes of prize fulfilment only. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) as applicable. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending a request to info@shloerpromotions.com.
2. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
